On Tuesday, May 27th, at 5:26 p.m., the Fillmore Police Department, Fillmore City Fire, Ventura County Fire Department, and AMR Paramedics were on-scene investigating multiple vehicle’s involved in a collision at the intersection of Ventura Street and Mountain View Street. Arriving firefighters reported five vehicles involved, including one vehicle on its roof. The driver in the overturned vehicle was arrested for DUI. Minor injuries were reported. The crash scene caused traffic on Ventura Street to back up for several hours.
