40th Annual Sespe Creek Car Show
The 40th Annual Sespe Creek 4th of July Car Show featured over 250 classic cars, hot rods, customs, muscle cars and other vintage rides (above). Also for the crowd to enjoy was the chili cook-off, cornhole/horseshoe tournament, and live music, featuring Daniel Torres & the Piru River Band, The Brandon Ragan Project, Tempting Soul, and D.I Productions. Food, drink, and craft/retail vendors filled Central Park from 9am to 4 pm, while the bands played on the steps of Fillmore City Hall. Pictured right, a young Fillmore resident making friends with our local VC Sheriff’s deputies. Diamond Realty held an art contest—congratulations to the winners;1st Place- Annalise Gurrola, 2nd Place- Kira Martinez, and 3rd Place- Joaquin Gurrola.
