I was infuriated when I saw the pictures of Mr. Chuy Ortiz's El Pescador truck. This man does so much for our youth, community, and other communities. It breaks my heart for this to have happened to him, he deserves so much more. I only hope that they catch these punks and prosecute them and there parents(if there minors). And if the courts only give them a slap on the hand, they should at least have to stand in front of El Pescador with a billboard that states I WAS BUSTED FOR GRAFFITING! Hey maybe even having there parents out there, might put a stop to them ever doing this again.
Maybe a little humiliation would get to them, then maybe not, for some one to do this means they have no conscience! If anyone has any information on this incident please call the police, any leads will help.

I know Mr. Ortiz has forgiven these punks, because he is a man with a HUGE HEART!!
