STUDENT INFORMATION
1. CONGRATULATIONS 2nd Quarter Honor Roll (GPA 3.5 and above) and Principals Award (GPA 4.0) students. You will be receiving your certificates and other rewards during 1st period today. In the packet you will receive a pass for collecting an additional reward. Bring the pass to the front office after you have finished eating lunch to collect your reward.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Engaging in an act of bullying, including cyber-bullying will not be tolerated at FMS! Students responsible will face a 1-5 day suspension.
3. PRIDE IN AMERICA meeting today during 2nd lunch in room J-1. Show your pride, bring your lunch and participate!
4. BUS INFO – This Thursday and Friday the purple route (Bardsdale & South Mountain Rd) will be cancelled. Please make alternate arrangements for getting to and from school on those days.
5. HEY FMS! Come to skate night at Skating Plus on Friday, January 27th. Make sure you tell them that you are from Fillmore Middle School and a portion of the sales will be contributed to our school.
6. THE DANCE is coming so mark your calendar for Friday, February 10th from 5:30-8 p.m. Listen to future bulletins for ticket sales information. Our school dances are so much fun and we hope for a large turnout.
7. YEARBOOK INFO –January is the last month to purchase your yearbook for $45 with your name or nickname on it. Order your yearbook in K-3 or at the 2nd lunch yearbook table. See YOU at the yearbook table!!
8. PENNIES FOR PATIENTS – Every four minutes another child or grown up will be diagnosed with a blood cancer. Remember, your efforts are helping local kids with cancer and funding research around the world to find cures. The sky is the limit! Did you know that it would take 270 billion pennies stacked up to tower 238,857 miles to the moon? Keep up your great teamwork and generosity with Pennies for Patients!

1. MEET & GREET takes place TOMORROW, January 26th starting at 7:30 a.m. in the Media Center. Hope to see you here!
2. BE SURE VISIT OUR WEBSITE at fillmore.k12.ca.us. Click on any school within the District to find all types of information such as staff email connections, cafeteria menus, available programs, etc.
3. PARENTS – SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECTION for Zangle. See your student’s grades, attendance, class assignments. You may access the required form at our website: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Click on the “For Parents” drop down, Zangle Parent Connection, Registration Form. Print and complete the form and have your student deliver it to the front office. Once processed you will receive a PIN number for accessing your student’s information.
