STUDENT INFORMATION

1. MENTOR INFO – Today is the last day to turn in permission slips to attend the UCLA field trip. Please turn in your signed slip to the Mentor room.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Any student who owes $9.00 or more to the cafeteria will be refused service until your bill is paid.
3. FLU CLINIC – The Ventura County Public Health Department will hold an H1N1 vaccination clinic TOMORROW, 11/19 from 3-8 p.m. at Mountain Vista Elementary. The clinic is for people in the following categories: 6 months to 24 years old, pregnant women, caretakers and household contacts of infants younger than 6 months old and people age 25-64 who have high risk medical conditions.

1. SCHOOL SITE COUNCIL MEETING on Monday, 11/23/09 at 3:30 p.m. in room C-1.
2. PARENT MEET & GREET this Friday, 11/20/09 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. in room C-1.
3. THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS begin on Wednesday, 11-25 through Sunday, 11/29. Back to school on Monday, 11/30.
