STUDENT INFORMATION

1. SPECIAL SCHEDULE TODAY for the 7th grade writing test and the 8th grade high school language arts placement tests during 3rd period which runs from 8-10:00 a.m. Please see the schedule posted in your classrooms. 1st lunch: 12:08-12:48; 2nd lunch: 12:48-1:28 p.m.
2. SCHOOL RULES – If you are suspended more than 20 days in any school year, you will be recommended for expulsion.
3. OPEN HOUSE/AWARDS NIGHT takes place this Wednesday, March 3rd. Awards are from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Open House follows from 6-7:30 p.m. There will be a BBQ hot dog dinner available for $4.00 which will include chips and a drink.
4. DIABOLOS are for sale for $20.00 in the front office. Diabolos will only be sold after school in the office. The last day to purchase a diabolo is Friday, 3/5/10.
5. BASKETBALL POTLUCK will take place on Friday, March 5th from 4:30-6:45 p.m. Let Coach Alcantar know if you plan to attend and what you plan to bring.
6. GATE STUDENTS – There is a meeting TODAY after school where we will give information on our upcoming contests. Please check it out in room B-1.

PARENT INFORMATION

1. OPEN HOUSE AND AWARDS NIGHT will be held on Wed., March 3rd. BBQ Hot Dog dinner will be available for $4.00. Awards from 5:30-6:00 p.m. followed by Open House from 6-7:30 p.m.
2. OUR FMS WEBSITE is now under construction! You can log on at: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us and click on the Middle School. Our office staff and teaching staff along with email links are posted.
3. PARENTS ARE WELCOME here at Fillmore Middle School. If you wish to come on our campus, please be sure to sign in at the front office and get a visitor badge. We want you and your student to have a wonderful experience here at FMS!
