STUDENT INFORMATION

1. HOLIDAY RALLY is this Thursday. All students who wish to participate in the games must sign up with Ms. Morielli in room G-1. The colors of our holiday rally are: 6th graders wear red, 7th graders wear black, 8th graders wear white and green for participating staff. The class with the most holiday color earns 500 points towards the rally points. All game participants must wear their grade color in order to participate.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Be on time to school every day! Our first bell rings at 7:55 a.m. and you need to be in your seat and ready to work at 8:00 a.m.
3. WINTER BREAK INFO – Minimum day on Friday, 12/19/08. Students will be released at 12:07 p.m. Break runs 12/20/08 through 1/5/09. Students return to school on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009.
4. LUNCH INFO – When students return to school on January 6th after the 2-week winter break, we will be switching lunches. 7th & 8th graders will attend 1st lunch (11:15-11:55) and 6th graders will attend 2nd lunch (12:10-12:50).
5. MINIMUM DAY BUS SCHEDULE – On Friday, 12/19 our busses will transport students home starting at 1:00 p.m. EXCEPT for the Bardsdale bus which will pick up students at 12:45 p.m.
6. IF YOU RECEIVED a pink sheet entitled Parent Permission to Use Photos/Video Image of Student, this sheet needs to be signed and returned immediately. You may be excluded from some activities if you do not return this form. You can pick up another copy of the form in the front office.
7. YEARBOOK INFO – Hey you – yeah, you! I hear you don’t have your yearbook yet. Go get it tomorrow – yeah, tomorrow! Don’t wait! This is your last chance to get your name on your book. If you snooze, you lose so get over to the yearbook table or see Miss Beal in K-3. Cost is still only $40.00.
8. EARTH DAY IS EVERY DAY – Talk to Yessenia Garcia and Miguel Garcia about local beach cleanup.

PARENT INFORMATION

1. “MEET & GREET ” this Friday, December 19th from 7:30-8:30 am. We will be talking about Cyberbullying.
2. ANY PARENT who wishes to participate in our school’s newspaper by writing an interesting article or poetry, sharing a favorite recipe, or submitting photos of our school events, please contact Ms. Morielli in room G-1 or email her at: amorielli@fillmore.k12.ca.us
