STUDENT INFORMATION

1. FRIDAY, Dec. 17th is a minimum day. Students will be released at 12:15 p.m. Winter break runs through Monday, January 3, 2011. Students return to school on Tuesday, January 4th.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Fighting or encouraging a fight will result in a 3-5 day suspension.
3. HOLIDAY CANDY CANE GRAMS – Send your friends a holiday gram and show them you care. Grams will be on sale for 50 cents during lunch and will be delivered on Thursday, Dec. 16th.
4. A LOST PAIR OF GLASSES has been turned in to the office. Describe to Mrs. Brock to claim.
5. BE ON TIME to all your classes. All students that are on time to every class for the month of December will be invited to a 30 minute reward dance on December 17th.
6. LOST & FOUND – We have a lot of lost clothing items that we will be putting out on the pavilion stage during lunches for the next few days. Look to see if any items belong to you. All unclaimed items will be delivered to Goodwill at the start of the winter break.
7. YEARBOOKS – This is it! This is the last chance to get your yearbook for $45 with your name on it for free. Yearbooks will be $50 after winter break.

PARENT INFORMATION

1. WINTERCOATDRIVE.COM – The Santa Clara Valley Legal Aid’s 4th winter coat drive will give new winter coats to children in Fillmore. If you are interested in making a tax deductible donation go to this listed website or you may make a check payable to: Winter Coat Fund, c/o Laura Bartels, 540 Sespe Avenue, Suite #2, Fillmore, CA 93015.
2. PARENTS ARE WELCOME to come to our school any time. Please be sure to sign in at the front office and get a visitor’s pass before going on campus.
3. WEBSITE INFO: Our Calendar of Events is posted at the Fillmore Unified School District Website at: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Once there, you can click on Fillmore Middle School and you will find the calendar of events listed in the upper left corner. You will also find a cafeteria menu and staff email access.
