STUDENT INFORMATION

1. ANOTHER CAREER LUNCH will take place TODAY during 2nd lunch in room J-1. Come and hear from one of Ventura County’s most creative principals, San Cayetano Principal Jan Marholin. She is a NASA school principal!
2. SCHOOL RULES – Harassing or threatening any student or adult will result in a 3-5 day suspension and possible expulsion.
3. BOYS BASKETBALL – For all boys who signed up or for anyone else who is interested in trying out for our boys basketball team, come to a short meeting on Wednesday, 10/8 in the grass area next to the south restroom. Meeting will start at 3:05 p.m. If you have any questions, see Coach Alcantar!
4. MINIMUM DAY FRIDAY, 10/10/08. Students will be released at 12:07 p.m.
5. FALL BREAK runs 10/11/08 through 10/20/08. Students come back to school on Tuesday, 10/21/08.
6. BOYS BASKETBALL tryouts on Friday, 10/10 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

 The $35 cost has been extended for one more week only. Next quarter yearbooks will be sold for $40.00. Get yours NOW!
 All 8th graders – Only 25 spots left for baby pictures. Get your baby picture in now to Miss Beal in K-3.
8. STUDENT ACTIVITIES
 ASB NEWSLETTER – Be sure to drop your poetry off at room G-1. The DOGHOUSE will put the best ones in the school paper. Roses are red………
 DEAR JEAN MARIE - If you have a problem, don’t be shy. Write your problem down and drop it into the envelope marked confidential on the outside of Mrs. Wyand’s office door.
