STUDENT INFORMATION

1. GATE MEETING TODAY, 3/12/09 after school in room B-1.
2. SCHOOL RULES – If you have your cell phone confiscated, ONLY AN ADULT may pick up your phone.
3. MENTOR PROGRAM – Any student who is in the mentor program that is interested in going to the California Science Center on April 7th should stop by the mentor room after school or talk to Mario or Norma when you see them on campus.
4. CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER money is due this Friday to Ms. Morielli in room G-1. Thank you for your support and hard work.
5. MARCH 17th is St. Patrick’s Day. Wear the color green on Tuesday, 3/17. Check out the activities during both lunches in the pavilion. The activities include hair painting, nail painting and face painting. DJ Konfidential will also be here to help us celebrate St. Patty’s Day!
6. MARCH 27, SPRING DANCE – Get ready for our Spring Dance. Tickets go on sale Monday during both lunches - $4 in advance, $5 at the door. The dance takes place on March 27th from 5:30-8 p.m. Pizza and beverages will also be available for you to purchase.

PARENT INFORMATION

1. PARKING LOT CLOSED TOMORROW – Due to a Civil War Re-enactment activity on Friday, 3/13 we will be closing our parking lot. If you need to drop off or pick up students, you will need to park in the neighborhood adjacent to Fillmore Middle School.
2. ANY PARENT who wishes to participate in our school’s newspaper by writing an interesting article or poetry, sharing a favorite recipe, or submitting photos of our school events, please contact Ms. Morielli in room G-1 or email her at: amorielli@fillmore.k12.ca.us
