STUDENT INFORMATION

1. NO SCHOOL TOMORROW, November 11th! Veteran’s Day
2. SCHOOL RULES – Lunch detentions take place on Thursday’s. If you received notice of a detention, be sure you serve it TODAY!
3. MASQUERADE DANCE! Bring your favorite mask and have a ball on November 18th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Purchase your tickets during lunch; $3.00 in advance and $5.00 at the door.
4. NEXT FRIDAY, 11/18/11 is the time to tune in to the pavilion during lunch and listen to a punk band. Students should be on their best behavior at all times!
5. CANNED FOOD DRIVE – Show how FMS cares; bring canned goods and other non-perishable food items to help the needy! Bring your food donations to your 1st period class. The class with the most donations wins a pizza party!
6. FMS GIRLS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS are today from 3-5:30 p.m.
7. BOYS BASKETBALL TRYOUTS will take place Nov. 14-17. Monday, 11/14 is reserved for football players to try out from 3-4 p.m. All others will try out Tuesday & Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

PARENT INFORMATION

1. MARK YOUR CALENDARS – No school on Friday, November 11th – Veteran’s Day; Monday, November 21-25 – Local holidays and Thanksgiving holidays.
2. PARENTS – SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECTION for Zangle. See your student’s grades, attendance, class assignments. You may access the required form at our website: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Click on the “For Parents” drop down, Zangle Parent Connection, Registration Form. Print and complete the form and have your student deliver it to the front office. Once processed you will receive a PIN number for accessing your student’s information.
