STUDENT INFORMATION

1. STUDENTS OF THE MONTH – Congratulations to the following students: Grade 6: Hayden Wright & Aleena Juarez; Grade 7: Citlali Erazo & David Peralta; Grade 8: Angel Heredia & Veronica Laureano. Read more about them in the March issue of The Doghouse.
2. STAFF OF THE MONTH – Congratulations to our math teacher, Mr. Moore & our school clerk, Mrs. Brock who have been chosen as staff of the month for March. Read more about them in The Doghouse.
3. SCHOOL RULES – Causing or attempting to cause physical injury to another person will result in a 3-5 day suspension.
4. SPECIAL SCHEDULE TOMORROW – Due to the 7th grade writing test that takes place tomorrow, we will be on a special schedule. All students will report to their 4th period class for tomorrow only, and class will be from 8-10:00 a.m. Please refer to the schedule posted in your classrooms for the remainder of the schedule.
5. CAREER LUNCH will take place TOMORROW during 1st lunch in J-1. The speaker will be Kyle Wilson who is a Financial Advisor. How many people think the way to save money is through a savings account? There are more options out there. Come and see how else to make your money grow!
6. MATH PROBLEM – Check out the new math problem in The Doghouse. The first ten students to turn in the equation with the correct answer receives a prize. The deadline is Friday, 3/6 to room G-1.
7. SPRING FEVER – Get ready for our Spring Dance. Tickets go on sale soon - $4 in advance, $5 at the door. The dance takes place on March 27th from 5:30-8 p.m. See you there, or be square!
8. 8th GRADE GIRLS/NEW INFORMATION – For girls interested in the Miss Fillmore/Miss Teen Fillmore Pageant, the Mother/Daughter Tea will be combined with the first practice starting Wed., 3/4 at 5:30 p.m. at the Memorial Building.
