STUDENT INFORMATION
1. MONDAY SEPT. 12th IS PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY - If you did not have your picture taken during registration you will need to do so today. 6th graders will have their pictures taken during 2nd period, 7th graders during 3rd period, and 8th graders during 4th period. Call slips will be sent for students who need to have their photo taken. Also, if you did not purchase pictures during registration but wish to do so now, you may pick up a payment packet in the front office TODAY. If you purchased photos during registration but are not happy with those photos, you may have new pictures taken during Picture Make-Up Day but you will need to return the original packet of photos.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Disrespect toward any student or adult will result in 2 Administrative Detentions or a 1-3 day suspension.
3. A CARTOON AND CARICATURE DRAWING CLASS is being offered on Saturday from 11-5 p.m. at the Tipps Thai Restaurant on California and Main Streets in Ventura. Cost is $20. If interested, see Mrs. Nichols in D-4 for more information.
4. IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR ID CARD, do not go to get a new ID during picture make-up day. You can purchase a new ID card from the library for $3.00.
PARENT INFORMATION
1. PROGRESS REPORTS will be mailed on Monday, 9/12/11.
2. ZANGLE PARENT CONNECT – If you had access to Zangle Parent Connection last year you do not have to complete paperwork again this year. Your pin number and password should be the same as last year.
3. PARENTS – SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECTION for Zangle. See your student’s grades, attendance, class assignments. You may access the required form at our website: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Click on the “For Parents” drop down, Zangle Parent Connection, Registration Form. Print and complete the form and have your student deliver it to the front office. Once processed you will receive a PIN number for accessing your student’s information.
