STUDENT INFORMATION
1. GIRLS VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS – 7th/8th Grade on Monday, Aug. 29. Last names A-K tryout from 3-4:30 p.m. and last names L-Z from 4:30-6 p.m. or Tuesday, Aug. 30th last names L-Z from 3-4:30 p.m. and last names A-K from 4:30- 6 p.m. 6th grade tryouts from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31st. Flyers are posted in the Attendance Office window and Library window.
2. SCHOOL RULES – Bring and use your student agenda book every day!
3. CAFETERIA INFO – It is very important that you use your ID card when going through the breakfast/lunch line. If you don’t have an ID card, have a copy of your schedule available. Also, if you choose to eat breakfast, you are encouraged to go through the line before school starts or at break. Just remember that break is very short and you need to get in line as soon as break starts.
4. “THE CLUB” meets next Monday, August 29th after school in room G-1. If you are interested in performing skits, plays, dance numbers and musical presentations, then this is the club for you! Snacks will be provided. Come to the super secret location (G-1) and join in the fun!
5. SPIRIT FRIDAY TODAY – Show how bright your spirit is by wearing your sunglasses.
PARENT INFORMATION
1. BACK-TO-SCHOOL NIGHT is set for Thursday, Sept. 8th. Parents will meet in the gym from 5:15-6:15 to receive information about school programs and resources. Classrooms will be open from 6:30-8 p.m. with a bell schedule for periods 1-6. Mark your calendar!
2. PARENTS – SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECTION for Zangle. See your student’s grades, attendance, class assignments. You may access the required form at our website: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Click on the “For Parents” drop down, Zangle Parent Connection, Registration Form. Print and complete the form and have your student deliver it to the front office. Once processed you will receive a PIN number for accessing your student’s information.
