STUDENT INFORMATION

1. CAREER LUNCH will take place on Tuesday, March 3rd during 1st lunch in J-1. The speaker will be Kyle Wilson who is a Financial Advisor. How many people think the way to save money is through a savings account? There are more options out there. Come and see how else to make your money grow!
2. SCHOOL RULES – Writing or drawing in our library books is not only against the rules, it is disrespectful to our school and fellow students. There is a $5.00 fine for writing in books. If you find writing show it to the librarian right away, for your own protection. Also, we still have many, many overdue and lost books out there. Bring them in! Fines are 10 cents per day for overdue books and all fines must be paid in order to go on field trips and to walk through promotion.
3. MENTOR PROGRAM – Any student that signs up for the bowling field trip must turn in your permission slips no later than FRIDAY to Norma or Mario in the Mentor room.
4. 8th GRADE GIRLS/NEW INFORMATION – For girls interested in the Miss Fillmore/Miss Teen Fillmore Pageant, the Mother/Daughter Tea will be combined with the first practice starting Wed., 3/4 at 5:30 p.m. at the Memorial Building.

PARENT INFORMATION

1. BAND BOOSTER MEETING on Monday, 3/2 at 6:30 p.m. in the band room.
2. MEET & GREET is scheduled for THIS MORNING from 7:30-8:30 in room C-1.
3. ANY PARENT who wishes to participate in our school’s newspaper by writing an interesting article or poetry, sharing a favorite recipe, or submitting photos of our school events, please contact Ms. Morielli in room G-1 or email her at: amorielli@fillmore.k12.ca.us
