STUDENT INFORMATION

1. PENNIES FOR PATIENTS – Did you know that the life expectancy of a coin is 30 years? Paper money, like dollar bills, usually only last for 1 ½ years! Coins really add up! The US Mint estimates that there is 13 billion dollars in loose change laying around in America! Check under couch cushions, in the car, in your locker, on the sidewalk and in your family’s junk drawer! Thanks for fighting cancer…one penny at a time!
2. SCHOOL RULES – Please remember that it is important to pay your debts. If you owe the cafeteria or the library money, be sure to show you are responsible and pay your debt.
3. NEXT MONDAY, January 16th is a school holiday – Martin Luther King’s Birthday. No school – please mark your calendar. However, you are invited to participate in the Community Park Cleanup on that day from 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Two Rivers Park, located at the corner of C and River Streets. Free breakfast and lunch to all who provide service. Help make a difference in your community!

PARENT INFORMATION

1. PARENTS – SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECTION for Zangle. See your student’s grades, attendance, class assignments. You may access the required form at our website: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Click on the “For Parents” drop down, Zangle Parent Connection, Registration Form. Print and complete the form and have your student deliver it to the front office. Once processed you will receive a PIN number for accessing your student’s information.
