STUDENT INFORMATION

1. ON MONDAY, 1/26 we will start on schedule B. Students will start the day with your 2nd period class and end with your 1st period class.
2. SCHOOL RULES – If you have your cell phone confiscated, only a PARENT may pick up the phone.
3. PROGRESS GRADES will be mailed on Monday, 1/26. Be sure to turn in all your homework this week and do your very best in your classes!
4. GIRLS SOFTBALL – If you are interested in playing recreational softball here in Fillmore you can sign up TOMORROW, 1/24 from 9 to 12 p.m. here at FMS. The fee can be paid at a later time and financial assistance is available to help. If you have questions you can call Suzi Ortiz at 524-0537.
5. DEAR JEAN MARIE – If you have a problem and need some advise, write to Dear Jean Marie. All write-ins are confidential. Place it in the envelope outside Mrs. Wyand’s office door.
6. FRIENDSHIP PHOTOS is the time for Valentines and celebrating friendships. During both lunches this week, have your picture taken on the pavilion stage behind the curtains with your best friends. The cost is only $2.00, but the memories last a lifetime.
7. EQUIPMENT CHECK OUT – ASB is looking for student volunteers to monitor and supervise our sports equipment during lunch. Please see Ms. Morielli for more details.
8. COMPUTER USE FORMS – We still have 120 students who have not returned your signed Computer Acceptable Use form. Be responsible and return the signed form! You may turn it in to any teacher and they will forward it to the office.
9. THE DOGHOUSE – If you have an interesting story, poem, picture or recipe to share with others and would like to publish it in the FMS Doghouse, please email it (amorielli@fillmore.k12.ca.us) or turn in a copy to Ms. Morielli in room G-1.
10. TODAY is the deadline to get your yearbook with your name on it. They are still $40 so hurry and order. See Miss Beal in K-3 or the yearbook table during 1st lunch.

1. ANY PARENT who wishes to participate in our school’s newspaper by writing an interesting article or poetry, sharing a favorite recipe, or submitting photos of our school events, please contact Ms. Morielli in room G-1 or email her at: amorielli@fillmore.k12.ca.us
