STUDENT INFORMATION
1. TODAY is the end of first quarter. Rally starts at 11:15 and school is dismissed at 12:15 p.m. Have a great Fall break! Return to school on Tuesday, October 18th.
2. SCHOOL RULES – If you have a new address or phone number, please give the office your correct information
3. MAKE UP PICTURES ARE IN! If you purchased a packet, pick up your pictures in the front office during lunch or after school.
4. JEOPARDY – Fillmore Middle School students who are ages 10-12 years old can go online at jeopardy.com to take the quiz and may be selected to compete on Jeopardy!
5. WANT TO HELP YOUR COMMUNITY? Want to help your world? Want to actually do something that benefits others? Then the Youth Act Club wants you as a member. Starting right after the October break, our club will start meeting during 2nd lunch on Wednesdays in room K-1 (Mrs. Livermore’s room). Bring your lunch and make a difference in your world!
6. YEARBOOK SALES ARE HERE! Best price of the year - $40.00 with your name free. Add a nickname or an icon for $5.00. Check you the yearbook table at both lunches to see the icon symbols. If you have any questions, see Miss Beal in K-3.

PARENT INFORMATION
1. 1st QUARTER REPORT CARDS will be printed and mailed on Tuesday, October 18, 2011
2. PARENTS – SIGN UP FOR PARENT CONNECTION for Zangle. See your student’s grades, attendance, class assignments. You may access the required form at our website: www.fillmore.k12.ca.us Click on the “For Parents” drop down, Zangle Parent Connection, Registration Form. Print and complete the form and have your student deliver it to the front office. Once processed you will receive a PIN number for accessing your student’s information.
