Pictured are Rotary President Andy Klittich and Rotarian Joe Ricards who was the Fillmore Rotary speaker at last week’s meeting. He is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer and brought his scuba equipment to informed Rotary members of its uses. His first dive was in 1975 and by 1994 he was diving fulltime. Joe is a trainer and certified in many different aspects of diving as will as a rescuer.
