Last week, the Fillmore Rotary Club was happy to present a Paul Harris Award to Joe Ricards, pictured above left with President Scott Beylik, who always steps up to do whatever is needed. He has built a BBQ for our Casino Night in the past and is working on another one for the future. Pictured above right also with President Beylik is Clark Johnson, a longtime member and someone who steps up and helps whenever needed. He also was awarded a Paul Harris Award.
