Seen in this photograph are Fillmore Ebell Club President, Mary Ford, and Fillmore Middle School Art Department Chair, Doris Nichols. The Fillmore Ebell Club recently donated $500.00 toward the purchase of Art books for the Fillmore Middle School. Ms. Nichols accepted the donation, and showed the Ebell Club ladies some of her students' artwork at a recent meeting. Under Ms. Nichols' direction, students at the Fillmore Middle School have won many state and local awards. The Fillmore Ebell Club has over the years regularly donated to local schools, theater groups, organizations, and causes, to benefit and promote the Arts in Fillmore.
