Fillmore First United Methodist Church with some of the profits from their recent Rummage sale donated $500.00 to Heifer International. This little congregation has donated sheep, ducks, chickens, bees and trees to Heifer International in the past. But their dream has always to be able to donate a heifer. This heifer will be sent to one of the 60 countries throughout the world including the U.S, that receives gifts. The family that receives this heifer will donate it's first offspring to another family and they will be able enjoy income and food provided by the heifer.

The congregation had a potluck lunch after church celebrating the beginning of Advent Season and the certificate thanking them for their donation.
