The Church of the Nazarene is pleased to announce a new Spanish-language Bible Study, beginning Sunday, August 8, 2010, at 2:00 pm, at the church, 422 Central Avenue. The entire family is invited to attend. The new ministry will be led by Rev. Amanda Hernandez, an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, and assisted by her husband Pedro. Pastor Hernandez currently serves as an associate pastor at the Eagle Rock Church of the Nazarene. She is also the Latino Women’s Ministries Director for the Los Angeles District of the denomination. Pedro Hernandez is Vice President of the Latino Nazarene Missions International for the Los Angeles District. The English-speaking worship service is Sundays at 10:30 am with Rev.
