Walk the Walk, Talk the Talk at Museum of Ventura County
Explore History Through Docent-Led Gallery Talks

Exhibits will come alive at the Museum of Ventura County during the new docent-led gallery talks. Each week knowledgeable Museum docent will highlight current exhibits and share their stories and research on a variety of topics including the Chumash Indians, Mission era and pioneer stories, and the history of Ventura county film making to name a few.

Talks will be held in the Huntsinger Gallery at 2 pm. These special talks will be held on the first, second and fourth Wednesday of the month. The third Wednesday Gallery Talk will be lead by Curator. Admission for the Wednesday Gallery Talks is included with general admission. $4 adults, $3 seniors, $1 children 6-17, members and children under 6 are free. Seating available if needed.

The Museum of Ventura County is located at 100 East Main Street in downtown Ventura. Hours are 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Paid events include free admission to the galleries, and the first Sundays of every month are free general admission for the public.
