Arlene Carrillo (1958-2013)

Arlene Carrillo a beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with cancer on Jan 28 2013. She was born on August 8, 1958 in Simi Valley, Ca. Arlene was a long time resident of Fillmore. She worked at the Olga Factory until the closer of the facility. Upon the closer of the Olga Factory she became a homemaker raising her 3 children. Arlene loved sitting around and talking with friends and family listening to her Oldies. She enjoyed the outdoors: camping at the beach, going to the Ventura county fair and attending different concerts. Arlene has touched many people through her journey in life and will be greatly missed. She loved caring for her great nieces and nephews. . She is survived by her husband Felix Carrillo, mother Norma (Leo) Martinez; father Fred (Betty) Tepesano. Son Ronald Alcozar Jr, daughters Sonia (Anthony Rodriquez) Zaragoza and Marissa Carrillo. Sisters Peggy (Art) Escoto, Carol (Jorge) Palomares, Melinda (Adam) Harma, Corinna Carreon, Jazmin Martinez. Brothers Fred (Rose) Tepesano and Rocky (Kim) Tepesano, Rodrick (Joette) Tepesano. Grandchildren: Olivia, Clarissa, Ronald III, Damion, Anthony and Jazmyn and one great grandchild. Viewing Wednesday February 6, 2013 from 5pm-6:45, rosary from 7pm-8pm will be held at the Skillin and Carroll Morturary at 600 Central Ave Fillmore, Ca. Mass will be held at the St. Francis of Assisi Church 1048 West Ventura Street Fillmore, CA on Thursday February 7, 2013 at 12pm Burial will follow church services.
