The Fillmore Boxing Club's Richie Cardenas competed at the Ventura KO Boxing Club's Warzone Boxing Show in Rancho Cucamonga on Saturday Feb. 11th 2012. Cardenas made his heavyweight boxing debut a victorious one as he defeated Jorge Solis who entered as an "Unattached" fighter. Cardenas won the three round amateur bout via unanimous decision. Fillmore Boxing Club is a member of USA Boxing and conducts group classes for children and adults on Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Body Image Gym.
