The Simi~Conejo Chapter of the ‘National Association of Women in Construction’ (NAWIC) will hold there annual garage sale and food drive in honor of their 13th Annual WIC Week. NAWIC has been serving the community for over 30 years.

The garage sale and food drive will be held Saturday, March 6th from 7AM to 1PM; 2524 Northshore Lane, Thousand Oaks, CA. 91361. Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Manna Food Bank of the Conejo Valley. Anyone bringing non-perishable food items will be eligible to win a prize.

Some of the items that will be sold are Infinity Speakers, Beautiful Outdoor Slate Tiles, Clothes, Books, Collectibles and a lot of other Great items.

NAWIC is an organization who supports both young men and women in our community to learn more about how they can be involved in the construction industry through college scholarships and Elementary Block Kids Competitions.

We meet the second Tuesday of every month at the Los Robles Green Golf Club. The monthly chapter dinner meetings include a speaker and an opportunity to network with members and guests for business leads, job opportunities, and educational opportunities. Our chapter’s members represent all aspects of the construction industry.
