A. Mayoral Appointments to the Redevelopment Dissolution Oversight Board
Recommendation: 1) It is recommended that the City Council provide input to the Mayor regarding the appointment of representatives to the Redevelopment Dissolution Oversight Board; and
2) That the Mayor appoint representatives to the Oversight Board.
Finance
B. Receive the 2012/12 Midyear Budget Review; Adopt Resolution No. 12-3330 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE MID YEAR BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-12, and Authorize the City Manager or Designee to Make the Recommended Budget Adjustments.
Recommendation: 1) Receive the 2011/12 Midyear Budget Review; and
2) Adopt Resolution No. 12-3330 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE MID YEAR MUNICIPAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-12; and
3) Authorize the City Manager or Designee to Make the Recommended Budget Adjustments.

C. Information Regarding the FY 2012 Budget and Potential Midyear Reductions and Requesting Feedback to Staff Regarding Services Levels and the FY 2013 Budget and Adopt RESOLUTION NO. 12-3331 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FILLMORE DECLARING A STATE OF FISCAL EMERGENCY; AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE APPROPRIATE AND LAWFUL MEASURES TO ACHIEVE A BALANCED BUDGET.
Recommendation: 1) Provide feedback to staff on proposed solutions to help solve the fiscal challenges; and
2) Adopt RESOLUTION NO. 12-3331 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FILLMORE DECLARING A STATE OF FISCAL EMERGENCY; AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE APPROPRIATE AND LAWFUL MEASURES TO ACHIEVE A BALANCED BUDGET.
